South African Sangria

Yield: Serves 10

Fruit in this recipe:
Oranges
Lemons/Limes

Ingredients

1 bottle chilled dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)

2 cups chilled cranberry juice cocktail

2 cups chilled seltzer water

3 South African oranges

1 lime

Preparation

  1. Squeeze juice from 2 South African oranges over sieve to catch pulp.
  2. Cut 1 orange and 1 lime into round slices.
  3. Place orange/lime slice garnishes into a 64 oz. glass pitcher.
  4. Pour white wine, cranberry juice, fresh orange juice, and seltzer water into pitcher.
  5. Stir and serve in wine glasses.
