How to Select

Select a lemon that is yellow in color and has a thin skin. Choose lemons that are heavy for their size with a finely grained textured peel.  Minor blemishes and scars does not affect the eating quality of the lemon. A sign of an over mature lemon would be wrinkling, soft patches or dull color.

How to Store

Lemons will last longer in the refrigerator. They can be store in the refrigerator for about four weeks.   Lemons will stay fresh at room temperature, away from exposure to sunlight for about one week.
