How to Select

Select a Kiw that is slightly soft to touch.

Do not select a Kiw that is too soft or shriveled.

Kiwi's that are hard are not ready to be consumed but will ripen if kept at room temperature for 3 to 5 days.

 

 

How to Store

Ripe Kiwi can be stored at room temperature or stored at a temperature of 32 degrees

Keep Kiwi away from other fruit that emit ethylene (apples, pears and bananas)
