How to Select

Select a Clementine that is bright orange in color, with a smooth and shinny skin. They should be easy to peel and have a sweet refreshing taste.Citrus do not continue to ripen once they are harvested.

How to Store

Clementines will last much longer under refrigeration. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.  They can be stored at room temperature for two to three days.
