Florida is world renowned for its subtropical climate. Florida citrus growing regions are divided into the following districts

- Indian River District
Narrow strip approximately 100 miles long and 20 miles wide along Florida central east coast.
- Sunridge District
Central Florida, from Leesburg down to the Arcadia area.
- Gulf District
Southwestern region, Ft. Myers and Labelle area. |
